  4.     Fifty years ago, Stalin's armies occupied and forcibly
  5. incorporated into the Soviet Union the independent Republic of
  6. Estonia (WORLD, Sept. 25). Since then, Estonians have had to endure
  7. brutal deportation to Siberian labor camps, where many died, and
  8. an influx of Russian laborers in numbers that threaten to render
  9. Estonians a minority in their own land. But when the Estonians are
  10. finally given a chance to express their anger and demand a
  11. restoration of what is rightfully theirs, the Russians wail about
  12. discrimination and the deprivation of their "rights." What gall!
